This past summer I was able to help train a few of the most uplifting, motivated, and hard-working members of Jaco Boxing Gym. While working out with these people several days a week, I saw them fight through the daily battles that Parkinson's Disease (PD) brings. Seeing how boxing enables so many people with PD to live their lives to the fullest has made me hope that, with research, alternative treatments can be proven to help a greater range of the millions of people affected by this disease. Similar to exercise, effort of any magnitude leads to positive results, so help me raise as much as possible in the next 17 days!
