As you know our daughter, Samantha was diagnosed with Young Onset Parkinsons disease in November 2011. She is doing great and doing this walk was her idea. She has such a positive attitude and she is not going to let this disease stop her from realizing her dreams. We could not be prouder of her and how she has dealt with her condition.
Medical advancements are being made all the time. The test that Samantha had to diagnose her condition was only approved for use in April of 2011.
