Welcome to the 3rd Annual American Parkinson's Optimism Walk in Seattle, Washington!
The Northwest Chapter’s annual walk is part of American Parkinson Disease Association’s fundraising effort supporting scientific research, education, and outreach for people with Parkinson's disease. Everyone can join in the quest as participants, cheering sections, sponsors, and contributors.

Our goal is to raise $50,000 to help Ease the Burden and Find the Cure, so please join APDA is accomplishing this mission!
Location: Ship Canal Trail - We will begin and end the walk at Nickerson Street Saloon, 318 Nickerson St, Seattle, WA 98109. Post walk we invite you to join us at the Nickerson Street Saloon for great food and drinks to celebrate your fundraising efforts, mingle with participants and sponsors, and simply have some fun!
Parking: Nickerson Street Saloon Parking Lot is reserved for disabled parking only, there is parking on Third Avenue just off Nickerson, and volunteers will be there to direct you to the nearest spots. We encourage carpooling if possible.
PRIZES will be awarded for the the largest team, most team spirit, top fundraising team and highest participant that is not a team captain.
