Welcome to the 9th Annual Parkinson's Walkathon of the American Parkinson Disease Association-Wisconsin Chapter!

The Wisconsin Chapter’s annual walkathon is part of APDA’s national fundraising effort supporting scientific research to find a cure for Parkinson’s disease. Everyone can join in the quest as participants, cheering sections, sponsors, and contributors.

It is a family day that will make a difference in the lives of those living with Parkinson’s disease. We will be having an outdoor walk this year.

If you’d like to register as an individual, join a team, create a team or donate to our cause, click REGISTER NOW above. Online registration will close on August 15 at 5 p.m. but YOU CAN REGISTER THE DAY OF THE EVENT.

Please specify t-shirt size when registering online. Participants must register prior to 7/20/14 to receive a t-shirt. T-shirts will not be available for individuals who register after this date.

If you would like to join in the fun, come to Vilas Park on August 17, 2014 and bring your family and friends. The more people – the more fun! If you can't join us that day in Madison, register as a Virtual Walker and raise important funds for research!

For more information, please contact: Hannah Wente at 608-229-7628 or parkinson_assn@ssmhc.com.

Thank you for supporting APDA Parkinson's research efforts!
